YouTube Data and Delegated Access (Addendum)
By connecting a channel and importing captions, you represent that you are the channel owner or that you have been granted permission by the owner (including delegated permissions such as manager/editor access) to connect that channel to ClipLexis.
Channel owners and managers may invite collaborators to Search-Only access solely for internal collaboration within the applicable channel or workspace.
Search results, snippets, and transcript-derived content are for internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make this content publicly available.
If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for ensuring each invitee is an authorized collaborator for that channel or workspace.
You may not use bots, scraping tools, or other automated extraction methods to collect transcript data, and you must comply with YouTube rules regarding automated access, copying restrictions, and circumvention.
ClipLexis may suspend or terminate accounts and workspaces for misuse, scraping behavior, unauthorized sharing, or other violations of these Terms.
Search-Only Access
Search-Only access means users may search, view timestamped hits and snippets, and open videos at matching timestamps.
Search-Only users may not export transcripts, bulk download transcript data, use API access to retrieve transcript data, or use automated tools for extraction.
Copy/paste is not a provided export feature. Any bulk extraction or systematic copying of transcript content violates these Terms.
